WHAT IS HYSOP OF COMMON HYDROSOL?

Hyssop hydrosol, also known as hyssop floral water, is obtained by distilling Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) to extract its essential oil. Hydrosol is gentler than essential oil because it is less concentrated and therefore easier for people sensitive to essential oils, such as children, to use. Although less potent, hydrosol retains the beneficial properties of the plant from which it is extracted. Hyssop hydrosol can be used from the age of 6; however, as a precaution, it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaged in opaque blue PET bottles protected from light for the 100ml to 500ml formats, in opaque white HDPE bottles protected from light for the 1L format and in jerrycans for the 5L format.

Our hydrosols are guaranteed preservative-free and microfiltered.

Keep them refrigerated to preserve their qualities for longer. White filaments may form in your hydrosol; these are harmless and do not affect the quality of your product. If you prefer, you can remove them using a coffee filter.

CULTIVATION AND DISTILLATION IN ORGANIC FARMING

From the very beginning, we chose to cultivate our lavender naturally, without any pesticides. Our essential oils are certified organic (AB). Distillation, carried out on-site at the farm, is essential: we adapt as closely as possible to the weather conditions and the ripeness of the lavender to guarantee optimal quality.
